Our Most common fundraisers
Fundraiser No. 1 Take orders
Pass Out Order Forms. After a short period of time collect order forms and tally onto 1 order form. Submit 1 combined order form. Candles will be ready in approximately 1-2 weeks.
(by us not tallying and individually packaging candles, we save you $$$)Fundraiser No. 2 Buy in Bulk and Save
Purchase a stock of candles to be sold either during fundraiser or other event (i.e. at the gate to a soccer or football game or in the hallway at school). Return any unsold candles. Buy & Keep full cases and save an additional 3%.
Fundraiser No.3 Pick a variety of candles and determine amount each participant has to sell or offer a “buy out” not to sell.
Each participant has to sell a set amount of candles (say 12 of all same size) of a predetermined mixture of scents. (say 4 each of apple cinnamon, candy cane, sandy shores and french vanilla pints). Some parents are tired of fundraisers. Buy offering a buy out they do not feel obligated to sell, and most likely purchase a few extra anyway.
Fundraiser Tips
Keep it short. A fundraiser should not run more than two weeks.
Limit Sizes & Scents. Too many choices requires too much thought and people will put it down and not order.
Don’t offer small’s. Most people buy from a fundraiser because they feel obligated (no matter how good the product is). If they are only going to order 1 candle, it doesn’t much matter if it is a $4 or a $10.
